How does Check-in work?
A member of our team will welcome you to Villa Escondida, and will give you a quick tour of the place so that you are aware of all the amenities we offer to guests by room so you will know where to find these. He/She will point you on the direction of the house manual copies available, as well as to show you how to turn on the fireplace in the living room and the fire pit in the rooftop terrace.
Two sets of keys will be provided to you on arrival. These will be collected by our team member on your departure.
What are the Booking Terms?
50% upon booking is required. The balance is to be paid at least 31 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
A $1,000 security deposit will be required 15 days prior to arrival. We will refund your deposit full or partial between 48 and 72 hours after your departure upon completion of an thorough inspection of the property.
What is your cancellation Policy?
Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% booking fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. REFER TO OUR FULL REFUND POLICY
Do refunds for unforeseen circumstances apply?
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events personal or otherwise that are out of our control. We strongly recommend you to purchase trip insurance that allows for "Cancel For Any Reason" to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event personal or otherwise.
